Premium Members can create any number of Groups. Invite anyone to be a member of your Group or add people to your Events from your Connections list. When you create Events, your group members will be first for Membership options, although you can always limit invites to only those people needed for a particular Event.
With a Free Membership, you can still be added as a member to anyone's Group! Plus, you can create unlimited Individual Events and share your Calendar with popular services e.g. Google Calendar.
